Malaysia has once again emerged at the top of the list in a ranking of Halal Friendly Holiday Destinations (for the category of OIC Destinations) which was introduced by Crescentrating, a halal travel services company based in Singapore.

In an announcement on February 20, 2014, Crescentrating said that this year’s ranking tracked as many as 60 destinations worldwide.

The destinations were ranked in two categories – OIC Destinations and Non-OIC Destinations. In the category of Non-OIC Destinations, Singapore was ranked first.

Malaysia has scored the first place since the ranking began in 2011.

Here’s this year’s Top 10 Halal Friendly Holiday Destinations for OIC Destinations, according to Crescentrating:

1. Malaysia
